This role focuses on optimizing and supporting HR functions, specifically within Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Workday processes, ensure data accuracy, and drive HR system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday System Expertise:
- Manage and configure Workday modules related to Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Performance Management.
- Serves as Tehcno/Functional liaison to IT, departmental staff, and vendors to evaluate, test and support new functionality, developments, and enhancements of ERP-level modules or systems.
- Serves as technical lead on ERP-level implementations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Develops, tests and implements new systems or modified system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Load data and generate reports, ensuring system applications processed in a timely manner and solve production system errors.
- Advise on system capability, compile data, and implement data-driven decisions and strategies for management.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically in Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Performance modules.
- Bachelor's degree.
